Super Easy Chocolate Ice Cream Pies - Makes 2 Pies

• 2 quarts vanilla ice cream, melted
• 1 (6 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
• 2 (10 inch) graham cracker pie crust
• whipped topping (optional)

1. In a bowl, whisk the melted ice cream and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
2. Pour into the crusts.
3. Freeze until firm.
4. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
5. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
