Invigorating Foot Bath
- water, as required
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons almond oil or 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Soak your feet in warm soapy water.
- In a bowl, mix together the sugar and almond/sesame oil.
- Rub this onto your feet and ankles for 2 minutes.
- Let it remain on for 15-30 minutes.
- Rinse feet under cool water.
- Pat dry.
- Put on your favourite pair of cotton socks.
- Keep'em on for 2 hours minimum or overnight preferably.
- When you wake up the next morning, remove the socks and feel great when you stand on your smooth and moisturised feet!
