Invigorating Foot Bath

  1. Soak your feet in warm soapy water.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the sugar and almond/sesame oil.
  3. Rub this onto your feet and ankles for 2 minutes.
  4. Let it remain on for 15-30 minutes.
  5. Rinse feet under cool water.
  6. Pat dry.
  7. Put on your favourite pair of cotton socks.
  8. Keep'em on for 2 hours minimum or overnight preferably.
  9. When you wake up the next morning, remove the socks and feel great when you stand on your smooth and moisturised feet!
