Cherry Almond Cobbler Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a medium bowl mix cake mix,eggs,oil,sour cream,extract together til well mixed.
  3. Spread half the batter on bottom of greased 9x13" cake pan.
  4. Melt butter and mix with flour and brown sugar.
  5. Add cinnamon as well.
  6. Next spread half the pie filling on top of batter.
  7. Sprinkle some of the brown sugar topping on top of pie filling.
  8. Spread other half batter on top of other stuff and repeat step 5
  9. Bake in oven for 45-50 min.
  10. It will appear gooey.
  11. Test cake portion with toothpick for doneness after cooling.
  12. Get creative i ran out of sour cream so i used fat free milk instead bout half a cup.
  13. Too sweet?
  14. Omit the brown sugar steps and drizzle with icing on top of finshed baked cake instead.
  15. Have fun!
