Crock Pot Tomato Sauce
- 4 large tomatoes (halved and quartered)
- 12 large onion (diced)
- 12 cup tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano flakes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- Place tomatoes on bottom of crock pot.
- Add onion, tomato paste, garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, soy sauce, sugar, and tomato sauce.
- Cover and cook for 8 9 hours total on low.
