Tortillas And Sopapillas Recipe

  1. Knead and roll out 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Heat on cast iron plate or possibly in cast iron skillet.
  3. SOPAPILLAS: 1/2 tortilla recipe and do not use Crisco.
  4. Roll out thinner than tortillas and cut into squares.
  5. Deep fry.
  6. Serve hot with honey.
