Blueberry Peach Coffeecake Recipe
- 1 pkg. blueberry muffin mix
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced peaches
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Drain and rinse blueberries; drain peaches.
- Spread fruit on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter; set aside.
- Mix muffin batter as directed on package.
- Spread batter in greased 8 inch pan.
- Top with fruit.
- Sprinkle cinnamon mix on top.
- Bake for 25 min or possibly till golden.
