Blueberry Peach Coffeecake Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Drain and rinse blueberries; drain peaches.
  3. Spread fruit on paper towels.
  4. In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter; set aside.
  5. Mix muffin batter as directed on package.
  6. Spread batter in greased 8 inch pan.
  7. Top with fruit.
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon mix on top.
  9. Bake for 25 min or possibly till golden.
