Batrik

  1. Mix the bulgur with the blended tomatoes and tomato paste, and leave for an hour, or until the grain has become tender.
  2. Add a little water if it hasnt.
  3. Add the oil, salt, and chili flakes or ground chili pepper to taste.
  4. Before serving, add the onion and walnuts or pistachios.
