Cheesy Bolognaise Spuds

  1. PLACE potatoes on a baking tray and bake in a moderate oven 180C for 40-50 minutes or until tender.
  2. HEAT the oil in a non-stick frying pan over high heat.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned, then add the Bolognese sauce and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  4. CUT a cross on the top of each potato, top with some meat sauce and a dollop of cheese spread.
  5. Place onto serving plates with salad.
  6. Serve immediately.
