3 Cheese Italian Burgers

  1. Mix hamburger ingredients well and make it to 8 equal sized patties.
  2. Place a dimple in the middle of each patty and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
  3. Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
  4. Grill hamburger patties directly over the heat.
  5. Cook until the juices begin to collect on the top (gently rotate on the grill as needed to avoid hot spots).
  6. When the juices begin to collect on the top of the patty "gently flip" over and continue cooking.
  7. When the juices run clear, top with provolone cheese and let's melt before removing from the grill.
  8. Remove from the grill and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. While cooling can quickly toast your buns on the grill.
