Easy Beetroot Hummus
- 1 can chick peas
- 1 beetroot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- Wash your chick peas in order to remove salt.
- Wash your beetroot and boil in water for 40-50 minutes.
- You can bake beetroot in the oven covered in foil and works perfectly.
- Dice the beetroot, and place it in a mixer with the chick peas.
- Add the garlic, oregano and olive oil and mix until nice and pasty.
- Plate and store.
