Easy Beetroot Hummus

  1. Wash your chick peas in order to remove salt.
  2. Wash your beetroot and boil in water for 40-50 minutes.
  3. You can bake beetroot in the oven covered in foil and works perfectly.
  4. Dice the beetroot, and place it in a mixer with the chick peas.
  5. Add the garlic, oregano and olive oil and mix until nice and pasty.
  6. Plate and store.
