Croissant Breakfast Sandwich

  1. Slice croissants in half lengthwise.
  2. Spread 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise on each half.
  3. 2.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat & toast croissants, mayo side down, in pan until golden brown about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Put a cheese slice on 2 of the toasted buns.
  6. 3.
  7. In same pan, fry the eggs sunny side up.4.
  8. Warm sausages through and assemble the sandwich.
  9. Serve warm.
  10. Enjoy!
