- ground pork
- 1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sesame-ginger sauce
- 2 tsp. gingerroot, grated
- Basting Sauce
- 1-1/4 cups A.1. Original Sauce
- 3/4 cup sesame-ginger sauce
- A.1 Mayo
- 1 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sesame-ginger sauce
- 1 tsp. wasabi paste
- Napa Slaw
- 1 qt. napa cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup red bell peppers, julienned
- 16 each Hawaiian sandwich buns
- Burgers: Combine ingredients.
- Shape into 1/3-lb.
- patties.
- Basting Sauce: Whisk ingredients until well blended; set aside.
- A.1.
- Mayo: Whisk ingredients until well blended; set aside.
- Napa Slaw: Combine cabbage, carrots and peppers.
- Add 1/2 cup A.1.
- Mayo (or 2 Tbsp.
- for trial recipe); toss to coat.
- For each serving: Grill 1 burger patty on one side; turn over.
- Brush with 1 Tbsp.
- Basting Sauce.
- Turn over and brush with an additional 1 Tbsp.
- Basting Sauce.
- Cook to desired doneness.
- Spread about 1 Tbsp.
- A.1.
- Mayo on bottom half of bun.
- Cover with prepared burger, 1/4 cup Napa Slaw and top half of bun.
