Toffee Bars

  1. In a bowl combine flour, sugar and cocoa.
  2. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Press firmly into a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat milk, vanilla and 1 cup of chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour over the crust.
  7. Sprinkle with nuts, coconut, toffee bits and remaining chocolate chips; press down firmly.
  8. Bake 18-20 minutes.
