Salmon Crunch Pie

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan saute the onion and pepper for 5 minutes, stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Stir in the milk gradually then bring to the boil, stirring until thickened.
  3. Add the corn and its juice, sauce and salmon; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Fold through the egg and pasta and spoon into a 2 litre baking dish.
  5. Top with the cheese and biscuits and bake at 180 degrees C for 20-30 minutes or until crunchy and golden.
