Teriyaki Turkey Burgers
- 1 lb fresh ground turkey breast
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 2 teaspoons stevia, sweatener
- 1 teaspoon gingerroot, grated
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
- 12 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
- shape into 6 firmly pressed patties 1/2" thick.
- When ready to grill, lightly oil grill rack.
- Place patties on grill over medium heat.
- Cook 8 to 10 minutes until no longer pink in center turning once (Do Not press while cooking).
- Serve as you would a normal burger, or serve with fresh pineapple rings, teriyaki or sweet and sour sauce, and sesame buns.
