Masala seasoned potatoes
- 3 large potatoes sliced
- 3 tsp masala spice seasoning
- 2 dash of salt
- 4 dash of ground chives seasoning
- 1 Some non stick spray or a teaspoon of olive oil
- Line a flat pan with aluminum foil in used my flat broiling pan in my oven
- Spray it with the non stick cooking spray or rub it with olive oil
- Lay potato slices in a single layer on top of the aluminum foil
- Sprinkle with all of the seasonings listed.

- Bake in the oven at 250 Celsius for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- (Note: the timing depends on how thick you cut your slices) (second note: I did not flip or turn them over)
- Take out of oven after it is done and serve with your favorite sauce (example ketchup)
