Masala seasoned potatoes

  1. Line a flat pan with aluminum foil in used my flat broiling pan in my oven
  2. Spray it with the non stick cooking spray or rub it with olive oil
  3. Lay potato slices in a single layer on top of the aluminum foil
  4. Sprinkle with all of the seasonings listed.
  5. The masala seasoning recipe is listed in my recipes.
  6. Bake in the oven at 250 Celsius for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
  7. (Note: the timing depends on how thick you cut your slices) (second note: I did not flip or turn them over)
  8. Take out of oven after it is done and serve with your favorite sauce (example ketchup)
