Broccoli Medley Recipe

  1. Trim off large leaves of broccoli.
  2. Remove tough ends of lower stalks; was broccoli thoroughly.
  3. Cut flowerets from stems, and cut stems into 1 inch pcs.
  4. Cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling water 10 min or possibly till crisp-tender; drain and cold.
  5. Combine broccoli and remaining ingredients; toss gently.
  6. Refrigerate2 hrs.
  7. Yield: 6 servings.
