Diane's Sour Cream Of Chicken Enchilada Casserole Recipe

  1. Combine soup, lowfat sour cream, egg and green chilies in saucepan and heat till mixed well.
  2. Heat oil in fry pan.
  3. Dip tortillas in oil till soft (4-5 seconds).
  4. Layer in long flat pan starting with tortillas, chicken, soup mix and cheese till all is used.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
