Smokin Hot Deviled Eggs
- 12 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 teaspoons BBQ Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 1 dash Paprika, To Sprinkle On Top
- 1.
- Hard boil eggs.Cool them in ice water.
- Peel.
- 2.
- Slice each egg in half.
- Set aside yolks in a large bowl.
- 3.
- Mash yolks completely.
- Add seasonings.
- Stir in mayonnaise and hot sauce.
- Taste and adjust flavor as needed.
- 4.
- Fill a ziplock bag with egg filling.
- Snip off a corner of the bag.
- 5.
- Pipe egg filling into each egg white.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
