Teriyaki BBQ Pork Tenderloin

  1. Marinate tenderloin in 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce for 24-48 hours.
  2. Rinse and pat dry.
  3. Toss with sesame oil.
  4. Season.
  5. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Pour in sauce.
  7. Place tenderloin on top of sauce.
  8. Cover.
  9. Roast at 350 for approximately 40 minutes.
  10. Remove cover and baste tenderloin.
  11. Continue cooking until thermometer reaches 145-155, or desired doneness, approximately 10-15 more minutes.
  12.
