Cherries Jubilee
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Cherry Jelly Powder
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, divided
- Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in cold water.
- Pour into 9-inch square pan.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Cut jelly into 1/2-inch cubes; spoon into 4 dessert glasses alternately with 1/2 cup Cool Whip.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip.
