BP sandwich
- 2 slice bread
- 1 basil and pesto spread
- 1 cheese
- 1 ham
- 1 spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp butter
- take a pan or a panini maker and turn on so it's in med heat.
- spread a healthy amount of the pesto spread onto your bread.I used white American but you can use ciabatta too.
- I added a slice of Munster cheese but you can use the cheese you prefer.
- I added cheese to the 1St half of the bread then I layered some fresh spinach then another layer of cheese.
- then take your meat of choice.
- in my case I had black forest ham.
- you can use chicken Turkey whatever you have lurking in your fridge and pile that Baby in there.
- then I added another slice of cheese to make sure it glued the whole thing together.
- I've never heard of someone complain about to much cheese.
- then add a spoon of butter to your pan and place your sandwich in it then throw a lid over it so it helps the cheeses melt.
- if your using a Pannonia maker then just slide that bad boy in and let it do it's job.
- if you want you can add a thin slice of tomatoes in the middle.
- it's up to you!
