Orange supreme
- 1 each orange
- 1 each sharp knife
- Slice off the dimpled ends of the orange, so that the meat is visible.
- Following the curve of the orange, slice off the peel.
- Cut only deep enough to remove the membrane just beneath the peel.
- Slice out the wedges.
- Just cut on either side of the membrane that divides each wedge.
- Serve as desired.
- Eat em Just, or toss them in a salad.
- They're great tossed with mint, shaved fennel, a little salt and olive oil.
