Grilled Chicken Breasts With Pineapple Salsa

  1. Rub chicken with 2 tablespoons oil and sprinkle with spice mixture over both sides of chicken, rubbing into chicken.
  2. Place chicken in plastic bag and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  3. While chicken is marinating prepare salsa by combining salsa ingredients in a bowl or jar and rrefrigeate.
  4. Prepare grill.
  5. Grill chicken, skin side down until crisp (5-10 minutes), turn and continue cooking until cooked (5-10 minutes).
  6. (Chicken may also be pan fried or broiled).
  7. Serve with salsa.
