Espresso Rub Steak

  1. Set water bath to 57 Celsius water bath.
  2. Add the meat to the plastic bag with all ingredients.
  3. Bag the meat with ingredients.
  4. Sous vide for one hour.
  5. Set frying pan on high and sear each side for 40 seconds until forms crust

soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, espresso coffee
