Espresso Rub Steak
- 1 large Rib eye steak
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Siracha
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Espresso coffee
- Set water bath to 57 Celsius water bath.
- Add the meat to the plastic bag with all ingredients.
- Bag the meat with ingredients.
- Sous vide for one hour.
- Set frying pan on high and sear each side for 40 seconds until forms crust
soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, espresso coffee
