Taco Salsa Recipe
- 18 c. tomatoes, peeled and minced
- 2 c. minced onions
- 4 teaspoon salt
- 3-4 c. vinegar
- 8 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 jar jalapeno peppers, minced
- Cook tomatoes for 1 1/2 hrs over medium heat, stirring often, till most of the liquid is cooked off.
- Add in rest of ingredients and cook for another 1 1/2 hrs, stirring often.
- Pack in jars and process 5 min in boiling water bath.
