Taco Salsa Recipe

• 18 c. tomatoes, peeled and minced
• 2 c. minced onions
• 4 teaspoon salt
• 3-4 c. vinegar
• 8 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 jar jalapeno peppers, minced

1. Cook tomatoes for 1 1/2 hrs over medium heat, stirring often, till most of the liquid is cooked off.
2. Add in rest of ingredients and cook for another 1 1/2 hrs, stirring often.
3. Pack in jars and process 5 min in boiling water bath.
