Plump Apricot Porridge
- 2 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup dried apricot halves, halved
- 1/2 cup wholegrain rolled oats
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- Pour boiling water over apricots and allow to stand for 20 minutes until plump.
- Combine the oats and water in a microwave safe bowl, and cook on High power for 1 1/2 minutes, mix well, and cook a further 1-2 minutes.
- Spoon porridge between serving bowl, pour over milk, top with apricots and Philly*.
