Banana Cream Pie (From Eagle Brand Condensed Milk) Recipe

  1. In heavy saucepan, dissolve cornstarch in water; stir in sweetened condensed lowfat milk and egg yolks.
  2. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
  3. Remove from heat; add in margarine and vanilla.
  4. Cold slightly.
  5. Arrange 2 bananas on bottom of prepared pastry shell.
  6. Pour filling over bananas; cover.
  7. Refrigerate4 hrs or possibly till set.
  8. Spread top with whipped cream; garnish with remaining banana slices.
  9. Chill leftovers.
