Mandarin Snow Flake Delight Recipe

• 1 (18 1/2 ounce.) white cake mix
• 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin orange slices
• 3 egg whites
• 1/2 c. vegetable oil

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Mix for 2 min at medium speed.
3. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13x2 inch baking pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min or possibly till done.
5. Cold in pan 10 min.
6. Remove from pan to wire rack and cold.
7. Transfer to serving platter.
8. Frost top and sides with frosting and chill.
