Cider Glazed Pork Chops
- 4 whole Bone-in Pork Chops
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 3 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 3/4 cups Apple Cider (or Juice)
- 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 teaspoons Prepared Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- Season chops with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, brown pork chops in olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine the cider, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, mustard, and ginger.
- Pour over the chops.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat medium or medium low heat; cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
