Stuffed Bread

  1. Score bread crosswise.
  2. Stuff with cheese.
  3. Melt butter and mix with onion, salt, mustard and lemon juice - pour over bread.
  4. Drain mushrooms.
  5. Add finely chopped mushrooms stuffing over cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with poppy seed.
  7. Wrap in aluminum foil, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
