Peanut Butter Granola Clusters

  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

  4. Combine peanut butter, honey, syrup and oil in a small pan.
  5. Cook over low heat until melted and the mixture can easily be stirred together.
  6. Remove from heat and set aside.

  8. In a deep bowl, combine oats, almonds, cranberries, cinnamon and salt.
  9. Toss to mix well.
  10. Pour peanut butter mixture over oat mixture and, using a rubber spatula coated with cooking spray, stir until everything is evenly coated.
  11. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
  12. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  13. Set the tray on a wire rack and let cool completely.
  14. Store cooled in an airtight container or tin up to 3 days.
