Tortilla Soup - Trace's Taco Soup

  1. Brown meat, onion, & garlic in Dutch oven or stock pot.
  2. Begin adding ingredients one at a time, alternating dry ingredients with canned ingredients.
  3. Stir after each addition.
  4. Cover; simmmer 1 hr., stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve in bowls; top with cheese; eat with tortilla chips.
