Meat Ball Soup Recipe

• 4 cubes beef bouillon
• 4 c. water
• 1 pound hamburger
• 1 egg
• 2 carrots, diced
• 1/2 c. rice
• 1/2 c. diced onions
• 1 can tomatoes
• Shredded cabbage or possibly frzn minced spinach
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon basil

1. Bring bouillon and water to boil.
2. Mix together hamburger and egg.
3. Make into meatballs and drop in boiling mix.
4. Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook about 45 min.
