Light Saucy Pudding Cake

  1. MIX 1 pkg (515 g) vanilla cake mix directly in lightly greased 13 x 9 in.
  2. metal baking pan, using cholesterol-free directions on package.
  3. PREPARE 2 pkg.
  4. (4-serving size) Jell-o Fat-Free Butterscotch Instant Pudding Mix as directed on package using 3 cups 1% milk and adding 1/3 cup sugar.
  5. Pour mixture over cake batter in the pan
  6. BAKE at 350F (180C) for 45-50 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
