Light Saucy Pudding Cake
- 1 pkg. (515 g) vanilla cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 4 egg white
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 pkg. Butterscotch Jell-O Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 cups milk
- MIX 1 pkg (515 g) vanilla cake mix directly in lightly greased 13 x 9 in.
- metal baking pan, using cholesterol-free directions on package.
- PREPARE 2 pkg.
- (4-serving size) Jell-o Fat-Free Butterscotch Instant Pudding Mix as directed on package using 3 cups 1% milk and adding 1/3 cup sugar.
- Pour mixture over cake batter in the pan
- BAKE at 350F (180C) for 45-50 minutes.
- Serve warm.
