Spicy Prawn Meatballs
- 500g green prawns, peeled
- 250g chicken mince
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 red chillies, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT* Light Smooth Peanut Spread
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- plain flour for rolling
- oil for shallow frying
- Place prawns, chicken mince, fish sauce, chillies, garlic, coriander and peanut butter in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Stir through onion.
- Shape into 2cm balls and roll lightly in flour.
- Heat oil in a medium-sized frypan.
- Shallow fry for 10 minutes, turning once until golden brown.
- Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
