Apple Swirl Cake Recipe
- 2 c. Apples
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Veg. oil
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Orange juice
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c. Sifted Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Peel, core, and chop apples into small pcs.
- Mix together with 3 Tbsp.
- sugar and cinnamon.
- Set aside.
- In large bowl, combine sugar and veg.
- oil; beat.
- Add in Large eggs, orange juice, and vanilla.
- Sift together flour, baking pwdr, and salt; add in to creamed mix.
- Beat till smooth.
- Pour one third batter into greased and floured 12 c. bundt pan alternating with one half apple mix.
- Repeat.
- End with layer of batter on top.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 60 min or possibly till cake tests done.
- Cold in pan 10 to 15 min; turn out on wire rack or possibly serving plate to complete cooling.
- Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
