Mustard / Apricot Jam Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix mustard, jam and garlic powder.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Mix bread crumbs, pepper and salt in a zip lock bag.
  5. Coat both sides of the chicken with the mustard/ jam mixture.
  6. Put chicken in zip lock bag and shake till evenly coated with bread crumbs.
  7. Shake off extra bread crumbs.
  8. Place chicken on a greased baking sheet.
  9. Bake for an hour uncovered.
