Mexican Chocolate Recipe

  1. In large saucepan, heat chocolate, sugar, coffee, spices, salt and water over low heat, stirring till mix is smooth.
  2. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 4 min, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in lowfat milk; heat.
  4. Beat with rotary beater till foamy.
  5. Top with whipped cream.
  6. 8 servings (about 2/3 c. each).
