Peppermint White Hot Chocolate
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate, chopped
- 1 qt. (4 cups) milk, divided
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 4 miniature candy canes, finely crushed
- Cook chocolate and 1/2 cup milk in medium saucepan on low heat until chocolate is completely melted, stirring constantly.
- Add remaining milk; cook and stir until heated through.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in extract.
- Serve topped with COOL WHIP and crushed candy.
