Mom's Pecan Pie

• 1 cup Karo light corn syrup
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon mexican vanilla extract
• 1 12 cups pecans
• 1 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie shells

1. First mix the first 5 ingredients thoroughly using a spoon.
2. Mix in pecans.
3. Pour into pie crust
4. Bake at 350
5. Done when center temp reaches 200 degrees.
