Hostess Jello Salad Recipe
- 1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 sm. flat can crushed pineapple
- 3/4 c. canned lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1 pound carton sm. curd cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp. horseradish
- 1 c. salad dressing
- Mix Jello and water till dissolved.
- Add in lowfat milk, horseradish and salad dressing; mix till smooth.
- Add in all remaining ingredients and pour into 9x13 inch or possibly 10x14 inch pan.
- Chill till set and serve on lettuce leaf.
