Teriyaki Marinated Pork Tenderloin

  1. Mix all ingredients except pork in a large resealable bag.
  2. Seal the bag and shake well to mix.
  3. Add pork.
  4. Seal the bag and move it around some to coat the pork.
  5. Place bag in fridge and let pork marinate for at least 3 hours.
  6. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  7. Spray foil with a light coating of non-stick cooking spray.
  8. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  9. Remove pork from marinade.
  10. Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade for basting.
  11. Place pork on foil lined baking sheet.
  12. Bake at 400 F for 45-50 minutes or until center reaches 160 F. Baste it once with the reserved marinade with about 15 minutes of remaining cook time.
  13. Remove pan from oven.
  14. Let pork sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  15. This will help it retain its juiciness.
