Teriyaki Marinated Pork Tenderloin
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1 whole Pork Tenderloin (approximately 1 Lb. Size)
- Mix all ingredients except pork in a large resealable bag.
- Seal the bag and shake well to mix.
- Add pork.
- Seal the bag and move it around some to coat the pork.
- Place bag in fridge and let pork marinate for at least 3 hours.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Spray foil with a light coating of non-stick cooking spray.
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Remove pork from marinade.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade for basting.
- Place pork on foil lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 F for 45-50 minutes or until center reaches 160 F. Baste it once with the reserved marinade with about 15 minutes of remaining cook time.
- Remove pan from oven.
- Let pork sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- This will help it retain its juiciness.
