Thai Turkey Basil Stirfry Recipe Zouba

  1. In a large pan or a wok, cook the garlic in the hot oil.
  2. Add the chopped onion.
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir with a wooden spoon.
  5. Add the ground turkey.
  6. Cook until there is no trace of pink meat, around 5-6 minutes.
  7. Stir with the spoon.
  8. In the same time, mix in a bowl the soy sauce with the sugar, the fish sauce and the lime juice using a fork.
  9. Pour the sauce in the pan and stir for about 1 minute.
  10. Put the basil leaves on top of the turkey, stir and serve immediately.
  11. Enjoy!
