Enchilada Casserole

  1. Microwave meat and onions in 2.3-L microwaveable dish on HIGH 4 to 6 min.
  2. or until meat is done, stirring every 2 min.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, water and chili powder.
  4. Microwave 5 to 9 min.
  5. or until slightly thickened, stirring every 4 min.
  6. Transfer to bowl.
  7. Place 1 tortilla in same microwaveable dish; top with layers of 1/4 each meat sauce and cheese.
  8. Repeat layers 3 times.
  9. Microwave 2 to 5 min.
  10. or until heated through.
  11. Let stand 5 min.
  12. Top with tomatoes and sour cream.
