Brie Pasta
- 1 pound Pasta Of Your Choice
- 8 ounces, weight Brie Or Camembert
- 1 cup Fresh Basil, Cut Into Long Slivers
- 28 ounces, fluid Diced Tomatoes With Juice
- 1/2 cups Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic
- Prepare pasta according to directions on package.
- While pasta is cooking, cut cheese into small wedges.
- Place cheese, basil, and tomatoes in a large bowl.
- Drain the pasta and place on top of the other ingredients.
- Allow to sit for 2 minutes.
- Toss to coat the pasta and serve immediately.
