Healthified Power Bars

  1. Mix oats, raisins, sunflower seeds, sesame, pumpkin and flax seeds in a large bowl.
  2. Add cinnamon, salt and shredded coconut, mix well and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl mix chopped almonds, peanut butter, honey and melted butter; mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a large bowl, over the seed mixture.
  5. Stir until well combined.
  6. Press into a 9 x 13 greased pan and bake at 350 degrees (F) for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle chips over bars.
  8. Return to the oven for additional 2-3 minutes or until the chips are soft.
  9. Spread softened chips evenly over the bars and cool.
  10. Cut into bars and refrigerate.
