Souper Skillet Pork Chops
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 Pork Chops (I used boneless loin, any will do)
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- 1 tbsp Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 cup Onion Diced
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Heat oil in large skillet.
- Add the pork Chops and cook until lightly browned.
- Meanwhile in a bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
- Pour over pork chops.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer (spooning sauce over chops once in a while) for about 20-25 minutes or until done.
- Enjoy!
