Baked Potato and Tuna with Cheese
- 4 Potatoes
- 2 Japanese leek
- 1 can Canned tuna in oil
- 2 to 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 4 to 6 tablespoons Milk
- 1 Melting type cheese
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Peel the potatoes and slice thinly with a slicer or mandolin.
- Julienne the white part of the leek (it doesn't have to be ultra thin).
- Soak both in water.
- Drain the potatoes and leek.
- Wrap the potatoes in plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Mix the leek with the canned tuna!
- Mix the milk and mayonnaise together in another bowl!
- Put the potatoes in a heatproof dish.
- Add the tuna and leek mix, then pour the mayonnaise-milk sauce over all.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then top with some melting type cheese.
- Bake in a toaster oven until the cheese starts to brown (in our toaster oven it took about 7 minutes) and it's done.
- Add Tabasco to taste!
