Milk Cake
- 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 12 cup unsalted butter
- 22 12 ounces non-fat powdered milk
- 22 12 ounces sugar
- 2 pinches saffron
- fold and mix together, in a glass container.
- Microvave till light brown, and keep mixing every minute.
- After it gets some color stop mixing and microvave it until it sets.
